ServiceTitan has announced impressive results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, marking a 25% increase in annual revenue. This growth is largely attributed to the company's continued commitment to its core strategies: extending its reach in enterprise, commercial, and roofing sectors, advancing its Agentic operating system, and boosting organizational speed. A key highlight was the performance of EDS Air Conditioning and Plumbing, an early adopter of ServiceTitan's MAX platform, which saw substantial improvements in call booking rates, close rates, average ticket size, and revenue per technician. The company's strategic focus on delivering high customer return on investment, particularly through AI-powered automation within the MAX platform, has been a significant driver of these positive outcomes.

The company's financial health is strong, with gross transaction volume (GTV) increasing by 23% year-over-year, reaching $21.7 billion. This growth was partly influenced by an extra business day and favorable weather conditions. ServiceTitan's subscription revenue grew by 24%, with usage revenue also seeing a 29% increase. The platform's gross margin improved by 160 basis points, and operating income saw a substantial increase, reflecting effective cost management and higher-than-anticipated GTV. The positive performance has led ServiceTitan to raise its full fiscal year 2027 revenue guidance to between $1.13 billion and $1.14 billion, with operating income projected to be between $142 million and $147 million.

Looking ahead, ServiceTitan is committed to further expanding its MAX platform, with plans to double MAX locations in the second quarter after having already more than doubled them in the first. The company is also intensifying its investments in AI inference and internal AI tools to accelerate product development and enhance customer value. This focus on leveraging AI and the MAX platform is central to ServiceTitan's long-term vision of becoming the operating system for all trades, aiming for sustainable growth and a stronger market position by continuously improving efficiency and delivering tangible benefits to its growing customer base.

ServiceTitan's dedication to innovation, particularly in AI and its MAX platform, positions it as a leader in transforming the trades industry. By empowering contractors with advanced tools that improve efficiency and profitability, the company not only achieves its own financial goals but also contributes significantly to the economic vitality of its customers and the communities they serve. This forward-thinking approach, coupled with a strong emphasis on customer success and strategic growth, underscores ServiceTitan's commitment to building a lasting and impactful enterprise.
